DWI/DUI Overview

  3. That you were operating a vehicle in a public vehicular area.
  4. That the officer had both a reasonable suspicion to initiate the stop of your vehicle as well as probable cause to make the arrest.
  5. Evidence which tends to show that you were appreciably impaired beyond a reasonable doubt.
